Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed at lushtindy.com. For delivery help, email info@lushtindy.com with your order number.

Order processing

Our stated processing time is 1–3 days after an order is placed for verification, quality checks and packaging. Processing time is separate from transit time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any product-specific dispatch date shown before purchase takes priority.

Available destinations, delivery methods, eligibility and the final charge are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard delivery. Transit times are estimates and vary by destination; expedited delivery does not remove processing time.

Tracking and split shipments

We send shipment confirmation and available tracking details after dispatch. Carrier scans may take time to appear. If an order ships in separate parcels, we will provide available tracking for each parcel.

Address accuracy and order changes

Please enter a complete delivery address, including apartment or suite details. Contact us promptly to request a correction or cancellation. We will try to help before dispatch; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped. Any additional reshipping cost will be explained before reshipment.

Delays, missing or damaged parcels

Weather, customs, busy periods and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. Contact us if tracking stops, your parcel is missing or an item arrives damaged. Keep packaging and provide photos where possible so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will explain the revised estimate and available cancellation or refund options.

International taxes and duties

Taxes or duties collected at checkout are shown before payment. Additional import charges may be imposed by the destination unless expressly included at checkout. Customs processing can add transit time.
